All patients are not the same, and sometimes people need medications in strengths, sizes, and delivery forms that commercial manufactures simply cannot provide. That is where we come in. Hormone Optimization
Many of the hormones which are present in our body are sensitive to environmental stressors, including thyroid hormones, growth hormones, and the adrenal hormone system. When these hormones are out of sync, people experience negative side effects.
In order to treat these conditions, physicians will prescribe a combination of lifestyle modification and medication therapy. The medications that are prescribed usually consist of hormone replacement medications.
The majority of hormone replacement products on the market today are synthetic medications that mimic human hormones. Unfortunately, because these chemicals are not exactly the same as those found in the human body, negative side effects can occur.

Palliative Care

Customizable Pain Medication — Sometimes commercial-strength pain medication isn’t strong enough. We can create a customized pain medication strength so that your loved one is comfortable during hospice care.
Transdermal Medication — Transdermal medication can be used to eliminate painful injections, reduce nausea from oral medications, and provide an alternative for patients who are unable to swallow their medications
Flavorings — Often times hospice patients have an aversion to certain tastes, such as sweetness. We can customize the flavors to help make the preparations palatable for them.
Unavailable Medications — If you have a need for a specific medication that is currently unavailable, we can make it for you.
Combination Preparations — In order to simplify your loved one’s medication administration, we can combine several medications into a single dosage form, such as a transdermal gel, suppository, or capsule.

Veterinary
Giving medication to your furry friends can come with some unique challenges. We’re here to help.
We can tailor medications to appeal to your pet, including flavors such as tuna for cats, beef or chicken for dogs, and even banana for birds.
In addition, if your pet has trouble taking medicines orally, we can prepare their medication in a transdermal form, which allows owners to administer those medications in a non-invasive way. A measured amount of a specially prepared gel is applied to a hairless area inside the tip of the ear, allowing the drug to be absorbed through the skin.
If you find that the medication you need is not available in an appropriate strength for your animal, we can create a preparation that contains the correct dosage.

Oftentimes there can be a shortage of certain medications. When that happens, we can make that specific medicine for you directly from the raw ingredients.
